Although the NAD 3020 amplifiers still working while the new after a few months of purchase no, I feel obliged to praise the technical assistance of the Centre D'Agnolo Service in Rome for the kindness of NAD product manager, Mr. Gialunluca, and time required to repair defects: only nine days and the amp was at home! THANKS, but to NAD's managers suggest to return to the philosophy that dominated the Company at the time of 3020, not to lose competitiveness and ... customers!
