If you’re not happy with your purchase, simply contact the NADelectronics.com customer service team for your region below within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number to return your purchase and receive a refund.

You can submit a request to cancel your NAD order on the same day the order was placed (unless your product is on backorder). Please note that your request may not be able to be approved because your order has already been shipped.
